Are you tired of hiring a contractor and then finding out someone else is doing the work? My name is Neal Grieff, I'm a Sarasota resident and business owner since 1990.
I’m an innovative thinker and have always been skilled in repairing and building things. During my 40 years of hands on experience I have built homes from the ground up, remodeled, built additions, repaired almost every non-electronic item in a home, and improved many lives.

My mission is to provide the best service to my customers and create a better functioning home for them. I pride myself in my work and provide the highest quality workmanship without shortcuts.
I have acquired a large collection of quality tools and equipment that help me do every job right. My business provides home improvement, repairs, assembly and other handyman services to homeowners and businesses as allowed by law under my occupational license.
